On September 22, 2014, the Center for Ballet and the Arts held a launch event including a master class taught by Mark Morris at the Mark Morris Dance Center. Opening remarks were delivered by John Sexton, President of New York University, and Jennifer Homans, Director of the Center for Ballet and the Arts. The class was followed by a question and answer session with Mark Morris and Jennifer Homans.
