CBA Events

CBA offers two primary opportunities for public engagement with the work and ideas about dance emerging from CBA and New York University. Many of CBA’s events are recorded and available to watch here.

CBA Public Programs:

These programs are lectures, conversations, and/or demonstrations featuring scholars and artists in dialogue around the subject of dance. Event content and speakers are primarily curated by CBA in collaboration with our partner institutions. For those who are unable to attend in person, nearly all CBA Public Programs are available to view online.

NYU Co-Sponsored Events:

These events consist of dance-related content presented and curated by NYU centers, institutes, or departments. As a co-sponsor, CBA aims to encourage multidisciplinary conversations on dance throughout the university setting.
